October 5, 2010 In The Beginning 2

And God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water."

Good Tuesday, let's pray for a cure for cancer and other diseases, morning, my dear brothers and sisters. Let's really talk to God today about healing of cancer, heart problems, kidneys, diabetes, and other diseases instead of just praying for those today that have those things. Although we should pray for them also, but today pray for the cure. Flood Heaven, pray to our Father through His Son with boldness and faith... "Ask and it shall be given unto you."

Genesis 1:6 - And God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water." 7 So God made the expanse and separated the water from under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so. 8 God called the expanse "sky" and there was evening and there was morning, the second day. (NIV)

Once again as I look at day two of creation the thing that jumps right out at me is "And God Said." I am telling you that there is not a man or woman in history that ever gave a speak that had the power of God speech when He created everything in the beginning. Think about it, folks, when God speaks everything listens, did you see those words, When God speaks EVERYTHING listens. Now if we could in this day and age just get EVERYBODY to listen when God speaks this old world would be at peace. Speaking of such peace, how often have you gone to church on Christmas Eve for a late night service and have walked out of the church to hear nothing except that church bell? No traffic in the background, and on nights it was snowing you could almost hear the snow hit the ground. If that peace would just become worldwide we could hear the smile on the face of God.

Again, God spoke day two into creation, no big bang, no loud boom, just the soft gentle voice of our Lord God speaking these words. "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water." And it happened, folks, it happened... And brothers and sisters, if God can create this old world and all that is in it, He for sure can cure cancer, and all those other diseases that we talk about. Keep your faith, for two things are going to happen for sure, first you will be healed, those of you who are sick and have faith, and then the Lord is coming back for those who are Born Again. And I get so excited about that, so excited.

So at the end of day two, this is what you have, water above the sky and the sky coming down and touching the water that covers the earth. Now think about this for the future, there is a lot of water above the sky and so far no rain. Do you know when it first rained? If you know that answer let me know... I know it!

Dear Father in Heaven, we are excited to be learning more and more about creation and, Lord, I don't understand how some people can think there is not a God. So, Lord, we know we have work to do to reach out to those non-believers and to bring them to You to be saved. Today I pray that each one on this line can talk to someone about salvation. And Father, in the name of Jesus, please give us a cure to all those nasty diseases... Amen.
