Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness, come before His presence with SINGING. Know ye that the Lord, He is God; it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves: we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise; be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations.
Good Tuesday Morning, I think. I think meaning I have no idea when this message might go out as our Verizon service is down after a storm on Monday (Praise God for the rain). I called Verizon on Monday after the storm and was told by a computer voice (don't you just love'em) that the service would be up by 4.30 AM this morning, meaning Tuesday, and it is still down, telling me again by that computer voice that it is an area wide problem and it will be out till 7.30 AM on Wednesday. So the next few days will be different. Why? Well, it has nothing to do with the storm, God has been telling me it is just time to do some good old rejoicing in song. Here are your prayer things... Pray for cures for all those things that affect our health... Not just cancer and things like that, but all things, even that thing we call the "common cold." And please pray for Dolores. Yesterday we were at the doctor who had replaced both of her knees. The right one was replaced twice. Now the knee cap has slipped, it is no longer on the knee. So this Thursday we are going for a bone study to see if the knee is loose in there, the new knee, and I am sure it is as it is twisted and not straight. So pray, for God can still heal knees.
Singing to and for Him: Psalm 23:1 - Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. 2 Serve the Lord with gladness, come before His presence with SINGING. 3 Know ye that the Lord, He is God; it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves: we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture. 4 Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise; be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. 5 For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations. (King James Version)
Hit it. This is the Day: (Les Garrett)
This is the day, this is the day, That the Lord has made, that the Lord has made. We will rejoice, we will rejoice and be glad in it, and be glad in it. This is the day that the Lord has made, We will rejoice and be glad in it. This is the day, this is the day that the Lord has made.
This is the day, this is the day, That the Lord has made, that the Lord has made. We will rejoice, we will rejoice and be glad in it, and be glad in it. This is the day that the Lord has made, We will rejoice and be glad in it. This is the day, this is the day that the Lord has made.
Every Day with Jesus: (Robert C. and Wendell P. Loveless)
Every day with Jesus is sweeter than the day before. Every day with Jesus, I love Him more and more. Jesus saves and keeps me, and He's the one I'm waiting for. Every day with Jesus is sweeter than the day before.
Every day with Jesus is sweeter than the day before. Every day with Jesus, I love Him more and more. Jesus saves and keeps me, and He's the one I'm waiting for. Every day with Jesus is sweeter than the day before.
The Church in the Wildwood (Dr. William S. Pitts)
There's a church in the valley by the wildwood, no lovelier place in the dale; No place is so dear to my childhood as the little brown church in the vale.
Oh, come, come, come, come, come, Come to the church in the wildwood. Oh, come to the church in the vale, no spot is so dear to my childhood as the little brown church in the vale.
From the Church in the valley by the wildwood, when day fade away into night, I would fain from this spot of my childhood, wing my way to the mansions of light.
Oh, come, come, come, come, come, Come to the church in the wildwood. Oh, come to the church in the vale, no spot is so dear to my childhood as the little brown church in the vale.
Now put this on your mind and heart and lips for the day... ready...
Dear Father in Heaven, please hear our prayers and hear our songs this day, and yes, Lord, please fix the computer... Your will always to be done... In Jesus' Name, Amen.
Now go forth, singing and sharing your blessings... I love ya, Pastor Dan.
