Thursday 3/7/13 There is a Cost! 4

Dear Father in Heaven.  Thanks for another night and another day and thanks again for trusting us to serve You.  Lord Jesus, thanks for watching over this line and for watching over all who use it.  Thanks for our families and thanks for watching over them.  Thanks for Your healing hand and thanks for all the blessings that You lend to all of us.  And Father, thanks for this very beautiful day.  I love You, Lord, and I pray today in the name of Jesus.  Amen.

Dear brothers and sisters, it is a beautiful day here at the Southern Location of the North Pole.  After yesterday when the snow was so deep we had to jump up to spit, there is not a trace of it remaining.  The sun is out nice and bright and hardly a cloud in the sky.  God is so good, and He loves us dearly.  Please love Him in return and place that love for Him above all others.  Let's take another look at "There is a Cost."

There is a Cost 3/7/13 Day 4.

2 Chronicles 7:14 - If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.  (NIV)

Sometimes when I am watching the news I get sick to my stomach.  I watch as the president and others are throwing away the great marriage act that requires a marriage to be between one man and one woman.  I get sicker still when I hear about all those unborn babies that are murdered.  Then you hear about the final term abortion.  Then you see where an abortion doctor is arrested because the clinic or his office is dirty.  Also because some abortions were botched and the babies lived, a doctor was then arrested for cutting their spinal cord to kill them.  Now after our president approves of these things, even letting a botched abortion child lay there to die and he supports this.  And after our Congress approves grants of money to "planned Parenthood," the biggest abortion place in the United States.  Even after all of this, these folks, including our President, stands there and closes a speech by saying, "God Bless America."

Brothers and sisters, God has blessed America over and over again and again.  We have a great country, it is the people who are messing it up.  If you go back in your Bible to the very beginning where God created all things and He created this beautiful Garden called the Garden of Eden.  He made man (man and woman) and they messed up and the mess-up was sin.  Fast forward to today, we have a beautiful country, we have everything in the United States of America to live and raise our families, we are oil and gas rich, we are rich with coal, we have forests of lumber and lots of farmland.  However, the sin of man, and we all sin, is ruining the land.  It is not global warming, it is sin, out and out sin.  If you drive throughout this great land you can look at the forests and hills, and they revolve from bare to budding, to green and then in colors to become bare gain as we go through seasons of change.  You can look along the edge of the road and see the same thing year round ... TRASH that has been tossed from cars and trucks.  You can see "trucker bombs" along the roads, "trucker bombs" are empty bottles full of pee and then tossed out the window of the truck.

Beside all of this we have murders in our towns and cities all over this country.  You better know what neighborhood you are driving in after dark.  You get in the wrong neighborhood, you could get killed, even though Jesus said to "love our neighbor."  We have young men killing other young men, drugs and sex being sold on street corners.  We have all this going on while people stand up and say, "God Bless America."  Brothers and sisters, there are prices to pay for this and this kind of behavior.  You do not see major food stores in big cities, as they get stuck up too often.  People in the cities pay more for things because of this.  Pizza and food delivery service employees are robbed.  And so it goes.

Now if we really want God to Bless America, maybe, maybe we just should start living to please Him.  Let's look at that scripture again.

People need to give up these sins, we need to "clean up America" and I am not just talking about the roadsides that are trashed.  The other week they showed some back streets in the city of Harrisburg and it looked like a dump!!  BROTHERS AND SISTERS, YOU WANT GOD TO BLESS AMERICA?  Then we need to come back to God and live to please Him.  Oh, there is a cost to coming back, you might get the knees on a pair of pants dirty as you get down on them to pray.  We need to clean up our acts and humble ourselves before God, and then and only then will He heal our land.  This country has tossed Jesus out of every place you can think of, EVEN SOME CHURCHES!!  In our National Cathedral a female Episcopal Bishop is ready to perform same sex marriages.  Maybe God will  hit the bell tower with a blast of lightning, that might open some eyes.

There are many, many people in need of food, and there are many, many men who will not work to support their children.  Some can buy food, big screen TVs and all have cell phones, but they go to three, four or even five food banks to get food.

Brothers and sisters, BROTHERS AND SISTERS, there is a price to pay, there is a cost to all of this, we are paying a price right now in this country for the way we have treated our Father in Heaven and His Son Jesus.  There is a cost to pay for these actions and the cost is going to go up.  We need to come back to our Lord Jesus and then and only then will our land be haled.  We will see more 9/11's.  We will see more shootings in our schools, one reason for that is God is not in there to protect the kids.

Brothers and sisters, how long do you think it will be until God says to Jesus, "Enough is enough.  Go and get Your people, go and get Your bride."  I pray all of you are ready if God sends our Lord back.  I pray that I am getting the message of Salvation out to the masses of people.  I pray that other pastors are telling the truth and those pastors like that female Episcopal Bishop start coming to Jesus for I am not judging, but you cannot, and I will say this again, you cannot be a follower of Jesus and do these things, support this type of conduct.  Once again, we need to look at this scripture.

One by one, one by one we need to stand up for Jesus.  People might hate us, but Jesus will love us.  If people hate us, that is okay, that is just a price we must pay.  Am I wound up today, yes, YES, I am sick of it.  Let's take back our country and show Jesus we want Him back in this country ... Let's show Him that we really believe in "ONE NATION UNDER GOD."  Someone shout AMEN!

Dear Father in Heaven, please forgive me of my sins and help me to humble myself and help You go get back in places You have been put out of.  I love You, Jesus ... I really do.  In Jesus' name, I pray.  Amen.

Now go forth and share your blessings, and keep loving on each other, and above all else keep loving on Jesus.  And when you ask God to Bless America, please remember to say please and be sure you have not been one who has tried to have Him tossed out ... I love ya (pass it on).
