Pearl Harbor Day 12/7/1941

Dear Father in Heaven:  Lord, today is Pearl Harbor Day here in the United States of America, and not too many people remember it.  Lord, it even  happened on a Sunday morning when most folks were getting ready or heading to church.  Lord, since then one would think more people would turn to You than ever before, but it seems more people just don't.  Your word tells us that if we humble to You and seek You then You will forgive us and heal our land.  Lord, our land sure does need healed, for even as I pray today, people in Washington state are lining up for the new same sex marriage.  Lord, we need to come back to You as a Nation, but it can only be done one by one.  So today, Lord, I pledge my allegiance to You and also to our country as long as we stay a nation under You.  Lord, I also love You and will do all I can to get this nation to turn around and come back to You.  So Lord, I must start that today, so please, please, help me with it.  In Jesus' name, I pray.  Amen.  Oh Lord, I forgot, thanks for another day here in America and thanks for all those who have worked and/or are working for this nation in our military to keep us free ... Amen.

Thanks to all our veterans and all our current military for keeping our nation safe, I pray today that God will keep you well and bless you and your families ... Thanks again.

My dear brothers and sisters.  On December 7, 1941, I was just over 6 months old, so all that I remember about Pearl Harbor and the bombings was what I was told and taught, yes, we learned about this in school and at home.  I also remember all the air raid drills that we used to have and the blackouts when the air raid sirens would ring out in the night.  My parents would turn off all the lights and even the street lights would be put out.  You would see an air raid warden go up and down the street to make sure all were doing just that.  You see, back then you could not see a target unless it was lit up.  Today, a missile could be placed right in your bedroom window from across the world.  Scary, is it not?

I remember being told of how many young men and women went into the military as soon as they heard about the bombings and all the Americans killed that day.  My daddy was older when I was born and he even left his job teaching to work putting rubber on aircraft tires for the military.  Everyone did something.  Women worked building airplanes.  Things got rationed, things like gasoline, and even for two years cars were not built, as all efforts went into the war and protecting our great country.  You see, back then, most all really cared, I am not so sure if it is that way today.  Today, people will stand, some of them, when a flag passes by, but friends, go to a parade and watch when a band goes by.  How many people stand when the color guard goes by, and how many put their hands over their hearts for that flag?  MEN AND WOMEN DIED FOR THIS COUNTRY AND OUR FLAG.  Darn it, when you see it pass, if you can stand, STAND UP!!!  I just promised God in a prayer that I am going to do all I can to get our country back to be truly One Nation Under God.  Do you care to join me?  If you do, just keep spreading the word that we who follow Jesus are COMING BACK, we are no longer just going to hide under a bush or a rock and say okay, do what you want.  I really started some time ago.  Just past our house on Dewalt Drive and see our Christian flag flying OVER the American flag as in one nation under God.

In this last election, Washing state approved the smoking of "wacky weed" and also same sex marriage.  On Thursday it came into law.  People were lining up to get the marriage license.  On Sunday the weddings can get started as they had a three-day waiting period.  Brothers and sisters, if you live in Washington state you better get ready for a storm to come, a big one, for I am sure God is not pleased about this.  Last night in Washington state an escalator stopped and went flat for no real reason.  People were hurt, maybe a warning shot being fired?  Again, I don't know this for a fact, but I do know for a fact that God is not pleased with same sex marriage nor do I believe that God is too pleased with America.

The other day I said, "there are more people in the cart than are pulling it," and I do believe that.  This nation does not have a budget and has not had one since our current president has taken office.

Folks, we need to come back to God and come back to the constitution of this great land.  We need to put God back in control of our affairs and humble to Him and He will bless our land.  I think everyone can do something.  We should be helping those who cannot help themselves, but the Bible tells us that those who will not work shall not eat.  Note, I said those who will not work, we need to take care of those who cannot  work, and God wants us to do just that.

Today is Salvation Friday on this line, and we get our Salvation from one place, we get it from God through His Son Jesus Christ who died for our Salvation, to save us from our own sins.  We need Salvation for our nation also and we get it the same way, ONE ON ONE WITH GOD, one on one with God, I said.  Now let me ask you this question.  Who needs Salvation?  The answer is this, only those who want to go to heaven, if you do not want to go to heaven, you then do not need Jesus and you can go to Hell.  Hey, but my job for Jesus is to tell the good news of Salvation, to all, I am not going to write off someone who tells me they do not believe.  In fact, I call on all of you, if you have someone tell you they do not believe, grab their hand as if you are going to shake it and while holding it pray for them and then promise them you will pray for them often and then DO IT.

Yesterday in our great land, a future president or vice president or governor of a state was killed.  A great auto mechanic or a doctor lost their life, some computer whiz lost their life, great fighter pilots were killed along with a few quarterbacks, some pitchers and catchers and a good golfer or two lost their lives.  Along with that maybe even some pastors, priests, nuns, and some hard working what we call ditch diggers.  A few trash collectors also went down the drain.  All never had a chance to live, for they were aborted in this LAND OF THE FREE.  Brothers and sisters, it is time to come back to God, and today I want to get you started.  I want you to just pray with me.  I cannot pray this for you, just pray with me, that you are ready, and we will pray to get clean, if you have not come to God before, come now with me for the first time, and then come often, you see we all sin and need cleaned up from time to time.  I am not going to promise you more blessings if you forward this letter today, I do not do that, but if you wish you can always forward what I write.  Today I am talking to each of you, it is time to humble before God and I am going to do it right now.  First it is my prayer to have God clean me again.  The second prayer is one for you to pray if you want to join me today in starting to take back our country, and it must start with each of us, one on one with Jesus.

Dear Father in Heaven.  The time has come, and it must start today, with me, today I humble to You as one, just a man You have blessed over the years even when I had walked away.  Today I am back and have been for years but I have slipped from time to time, but today I want to work even harder for You.  I do not want to stop working for You until I see You face to face, and then I pray You will have a job for me.  Please, Lord, give me the health to keep on keeping on for You.  And help me also lead others to your feet, and I want to do that right now.  In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Now, brothers and sisters, may I please lead you in this prayer ...

Dear Father in Heaven, please forgive me of my sins and wash me white as snow.  I am a sinner and I want to be cleaned by You.  I do believe in You, I believe You, Jesus, were born of a virgin mother, that You walked this earth and showed us how to live, I believe You were put to death on the cross to save us from our sins, I believe You were buried and then were risen from the dead, and I believe You are coming back again someday.  Until that day I now want to walk with You, and I want to live for You, and not just for myself, and I want to do what I can do to help spread the Good News of Salvation.  Please, Lord, mark me down on Your side and put my name in the Lamb's Book of Life.  In Jesus' Name, I pray.  Amen.

Now go forth and WALK WITH JESUS, and let's share our blessings with others and please share the Good News of Jesus.  And I am sure, and this is not a promise from me, but from our Lord God, if we indeed share our blessings in faith, we will be blessed over and over again and again.
