Dear Father in Heaven: What a beautiful day You have provided for us. Thanks for taking care of us while we were on the road today. Father, please help us as we ready for Good Friday services. Thanks for bringing Tom and his missionary team back home safe. Please help me this day with the message and then to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, the events of Holy Week move fast. Let me get right to the message. Hey, did I tell you that I love you? Well, brothers and sisters, I am telling you now. The Empty Church:
Tuesday: March 31, 2015: The Empty Church (Day Two)
Mark 11:20 - In the morning, as they went along, they saw the fig tree withered from the roots. 21 Peter remembered and said to Jesus, "Rabbi, look! The fig tree you cursed has withered!" 22 "Have faith in God," Jesus answered. 23 "I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. 24 Therefore I tell you whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. 25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in Heaven may forgive you your sins." (NIV)
Brothers and sisters, looking back at that fig tree, the one that did not have fruit on it, you will recall that Jesus cursed it and said to the tree "may no one ever eat fruit from you again." Brothers and sisters, look at this as a warning of what could happen to you on judgment day. Beware, brothers and sisters, if the fruit that you bear or show as how you live, if you are not bearing good fruit, you also will be judged as the way the fig tree was. Yes, the story of the Fig Tree is a warning for all of us to bear good fruit in all we do. Now we add in the statement "have faith in God." We must have faith in God in all we do.
As we look at the next scripture I want you to really look deep into it. What Jesus is saying is we must have faith. All throughout scripture we see Jesus talking about having faith. And brothers and sisters, our love for Jesus, being a Christian is "Faith-Based," and that is a fact. Here we see Jesus telling His disciples about faith, and we need to really learn this as fact. I want to go to
Mark 11:24 - "Therefore I tell you whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. 25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in Heaven may forgive you your sins." (NIV)
Here we find Jesus telling US that whatever we ask for in prayer, and we have faith we will receive it, it will be ours. But we need to remember we must be in good standing with God. Yes, we must, yes, we must. Think about it and look at this, which is also in the Lord's Prayer. "If you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in Heaven may forgive you your sins." Hey brothers and sisters, do not yell at me, I am the messenger and telling you like it is in the Bible. We so often pray for things, and they might not be in God's will for us, and remember God knows what is best for us. Another thing I want to tell everyone and that means me also. God will show us more favor if we would stay in good graces with Him. In other words we need to get serious about repenting of our sins. Tomorrow, April 1st, and it is also Salvation Wednesday on this line. Please do not walk away from God and then say it was just an April Fools joke. When we look around this world, I think we need to get really serious about being "Born Again." What do you think? Tomorrow, more on Holy Week. Pastors, get ready for those C and E people, get fired up for Jesus.
Now go forth and share your blessings. Love ya. Please share the love.

Monday 3/30/15 The Empty Church (1)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You very, very much. Thanks for covering the sins of we sinners, and please accept my apologies for my sins. Please help us to repent, help us all to repent. Thanks for watching over us this day, and I want You to know that I appreciate that also. I really do love You very much and I am so happy that You have taught me the real meaning of love. Please be with Tom Sansoni and help him with his breathing. Lord, please help me with the daily message and to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Good Holy Week Monday, my dear brothers and sisters. Please keep near to our Lord Jesus each day all year, but this week, please take extra time to remember all He did for each of us and why. With that said today, I want to get right to the message, The Empty Church.
Monday: March 30, 2015: The Empty Church (Day One)
Mark 11:12 - The next day as they were leaving Bethany, Jesus was hungry. 13 Seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, He went to find out if it had any fruit. When He reached it, He found nothing but leaves, because it was not the season for the figs. 14 Then He said to the tree, "May no one ever eat fruit from you again." And His disciple heard him say it. (NIV)
I want to bring out this scripture today and tell you what God has planted on my mind about His statement. Here is this tree, full of leaves, and it did not have any fruit. Sounds to me like some Christians, or people who claim to be Christians. What they are saying is not supported by their actions. You might find some of these "Fig Tree Christians" in a church, maybe even in the kitchen or doing other things around that church, maybe even at the pulpit on Sunday mornings. There could be a lot of them, and still one might find the "Empty Church." So let me explain what I mean by "Empty Church," and I am not talking about the church at night or on a day when no activities are going on, I am talking about an "Empty Church" as being one when people have forgotten to invite in God The Father, Jesus, and The Holy Ghost. Now let me tell you about a day when Jesus emptied the church.
Mark 11:15 - On reaching Jerusalem, Jesus entered the temple area and began driving out those who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves 16 and would not allow anyone to carry merchandise through the temple courts. 17 And as He taught them, He said, "Is it not written: 'My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations'? But you have made it 'a den of robbers.'" (NIV)
Here we find Jesus going into a Temple of the Lord and while He found people in there, they were there for the wrong reasons, they were not there to do the Lord's work. So I ask this question, how many churches use their church for other reasons than to praise, worship, study and learn about our Lord Jesus? While I do understand that there is sometimes a need for fund raising, there really should not be. A church, the "storehouse," should be able to run the church on tithes and donations from the members and others who attend the church. Dinners and such that are held in other parts of the church that were designed for those support functions I think are just fine, but when we go into the sanctuary and up to the altar area and we have set up places for selling things or even playing cards, I think that would be wrong, and I do believe that is why Jesus made that temple become an "Empty Church." Now I will walk out on a limb here and tell you that I think we are going to see more and more churches becoming "Empty Churches" as they cross the line on the teachings that are going on in the church. Some of them will sit and rot away, while some will be turned over to others who are indeed in love with Jesus and are full of the Holy Ghost and will put that church on fire for Jesus again.
Growing up in the city of Harrisburg, PA, I saw things happen to churches that caused them to become "Empty Churches." Those beautiful churches were full of people who called themselves Christians but would not open the door for a changing neighborhood. Yes, it seems that those white folks with money did not want to worship with those of other colors who were coming into that neighborhood. In some cases the inner-city church was just left sitting and a new place was built in the suburbs. I do not understand why people who love Jesus or who claim to love Jesus do not want to sit and worship with a person of another race or skin color even when we are indeed all BROTHERS AND SISTERS. I have seen churches support missionaries all over the world but will not open their church door and witness to those right in their own neighborhood. I am sure all of you have seen this if you are my age or older. Very, very sad.
Rate your church, the church that you attend, the church that you support with your attendance and also your tithes and gifts. Would the Holy Spirit be welcome in your church or would He find it to be an "Empty Church?" This meaning would He feel welcome or unwelcome? What would happen if Jesus would show up? How would He feel? As most of you know, I love vehicles and there was a time when Dolores and I spent a lot of hours on top of those big Honda Goldwings. Those of you who know me also know that I have a long beard and hair. There are many times that we would be riding on a Sunday morning and pull into a church parking lot, take our helmets off and with our leather jackets on and helmets in hand we would walk into the church. There were a lot of mixed emotions as we would seek out a seat. We could tell right up front which churches were full of the "Holy Ghost" and which ones were not. In some churches you could hear the hush as we walked in. When it was greeting time in some churches we received a handshake, while in others we were hugged and really made to feel welcome. One thing they all did was they did pass that collection plate.
Brothers and sisters, what I am saying is, there are so many "Empty Churches" that have people attending them. When we see that happening, you can be sure it involves this. Jesus is not welcome, The Holy Ghost is not welcome, and chances are new people are not really welcome. And more than likely there is infighting in the church. So how does it get turned around? Here is my opinion on that. Have a meeting and invite God The Father, God The Son, and God The Holy Ghost and start the meeting in prayer and pray until something happens. Brothers and sisters, if you want to see how the Spirit is in a church, sit near the front and really get involved in singing and praising the Lord. If you raise your hand in praise and jump around like you are on fire and people look at you like you are nuts, you are indeed in what I call an "Empty Church." Brothers and sisters, we need a good old-fashioned Holy Ghost Revival in our country, and it must start, and hear me out on this, it must start with the one you see each day when you look into the mirror.
Brothers and sisters, this is indeed a day that the Lord as made, and He makes all of them. How many more? I don't know, but I want to be on fire for Jesus the rest of my life. So if you think I am a Jesus freak, that is okay. I hope that I can live up to that. Let us pray.
Dear Father in Heaven, I want to be on fire for You, and I ask that You please, please throw a few more logs on the fire. I ask that You please send the Holy Ghost over me and my family, and let it show in all we do. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and share your blessings and share your love of Jesus with everyone you see. Love ya. Please share my love also.

Palm Sunday 3/29/15 The Great Entry!
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You and I want You to know You are welcome in our home anytime and more so all the time. Send the Holy Spirit over us, Lord, over me, Lord, and put me on fire for You. I want people to look at me and see Jesus in the way I walk, talk, work, live, and love. Please help me repent of all my sins and turn my back on evil and walk away from it, all the time. Lead me away from all temptation and protect me from the evildoers. Lord, please bless all families and friends, and all who use and support this line and use and/or support Carry The Light Ministries. Please, Lord, protect this line and keep it open to do Your work. Please help me always use Your Word, the complete truth as found in my Bible. Please help me now with the message and then to get it dispatched. In the Name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, I am excited about the events of this week. While it will be very busy, neat things are happening with Carry The Light Ministries. On Wednesday we are invited to the ribbon-cutting of the home that has been rebuilt by the Volunteers of America which we are standing with to stock the cupboards with food. The homes will go to homeless veterans. After praying about this mission, we are going to step out in faith and have committed to being with Volunteers of America across the state of Pennsylvania. We understand that it will be about 100 homes. Please pray for the missions of Carry The Light Ministries. On Friday, I have been invited to give the message at Kinkora Retirement Home in Perry County. Our ministry team will be going as we are going to do a complete service including communion. You are welcome, service time is 2:00 PM.
Okay, time to get to the message, The Great Entry.
Palm Sunday: March 29, 2015: The Great Entry (Day One)
Luke 19:30 - "Go to the village ahead of you, and as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, which no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. 31 If anyone asks you, 'why are you untying it?' tell him, "The Lord needs it.'" (NIV)
How would you like to be going to town and get a great welcome? I can remember back, and not all that far back, when our military came home from Desert Storm, and how they were welcomed with large parades. This, if you recall, was the first Gulf War, and how our military was treated as heroes. And "Stormin' Norman" General Norman Schwarzkopf could have run for president and won hands down. Fast forward and now if you have seen the news our military men and women are being put on "hit lists" for standing up for America. Well, as we look at some of the events of this most Holy Week on a Christian calendar, it started out as a hero's welcome for our Lord Jesus.
If you look at what was told to the two disciples (unnamed in the Bible), you could tell that only God could look ahead and have details worked out so well. Jesus did not want a horse, or donkey, but a donkey colt that was never used. A virgin, dare I say. This was His choice to ride into Jerusalem. If you get a chance to look at a donkey, be sure to look for the "cross on its back." Yes, there is a cross on the back of donkeys, all of them. But this is not about the donkey, it is about the welcome our Lord Jesus got as He had this Great Entry into Jerusalem.
The entry started when His disciples found the colt exactly as Jesus said and brought him back. The disciples took off their cloaks and put them on the donkey and then Jesus got up on the donkey for the ride into town. People lined the streets and placed their cloaks on the road, some laid palm branches on the road, others ran ahead waving the palm branches and saying ...
Luke 19:38 - "Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!" "Peace in Heaven and glory in the highest!" (NIV)
Also shouted by people ahead of and following Jesus as He rode into Jerusalem - "Hosanna!" "Hosanna!"
Mark 11:8 - Many people spread their cloaks on the road while others spread branches they had cut in the fields. 9 Those who went ahead and those who followed shouted, "Hosanna!" "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!" 10 "Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David!" "Hosanna in the highest!" 11 Jesus entered Jerusalem and went to the temple. He looked around at everything but since it was already late, He went out to Bethany with the Twelve. (NIV)
So Jesus received a hero's welcome, and we should be rejoicing for Jesus each and every day, not once in awhile, but we should shout it out and let the world know we love Jesus. WELL, GLORY! GLORY!! You need to get that out of you, for if you get one of those Glories stuck in you it could hurt you. How about we end today with a prayer and a song of praise?
Dear Father in Heaven, we give You praise and honor today and everyday. We praise You for all things, we praise You for this line. We honor You and we want to glorify You. We lift You high today in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
Praise Him all creatures here below.
Praise Him above ye heavenly hosts.
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen.
Now go forth and share your blessings and keep on shouting praises for our Lord. Love ya. Please share my love also.

Friday 3/27/15 Alive Again (4)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You very much. Please forgive me of my sins and please accept my thanks for Your waking me this day and all You have done for me and for this day. Dear Father, I want to get right to the message, and I sure do need Your help to get it done. Then, Lord, please help me to dispatch the message, neither of which I can get done without You and Your help. In the Name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, yesterday we had a beautiful one hour of spring here at the Southern Location of the North Pole. It was great, although Rudy had trouble getting his nose to work. Anyway, I want to get right to the message.
Friday: March 27, 2015: Alive Again (Day Four)
Acts 1:3 - After His suffering, He showed Himself to these men and gave many convincing proofs He was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the kingdom of God. (NIV)
Of course we all know that we were born at least once, for we have a birth certificate to show that, but how do we know we have been "Born Again?" How do we know that we are indeed "Alive Again?" When we join a church we can get a certificate that we are a member of that said church, but what about when we become "Born Again?" Jesus is not going to mail us a certificate that tells us that on this date we were "Born Again." So how then do we know? How can we tell? Well, let me just take time to tell you how you will know if you are "Born Again." YOU WILL CHANGE, YOU WILL NOT BE THE SAME. You will come alive, as in alive in Jesus. You will indeed be "Alive Again." And you can also expect others to see this in you. I heard a little story just recently. I want to share it with you.
A young man, a very careful driver, was approaching a traffic signal as the light was just turning yellow. Carefully, he came to a stop instead of putting the gas pedal to the floor and jumping the red light. A lady behind him was very upset for she was going to run the light and had to come to a sliding stop. Her makeup and cell phone and lunch went to the floor. She was mad and showed her displeasure by holding her horn button in until she saw this safety driver looking and then she "popped him the bird." You know, that middle finger thing. As she was screaming and yelling, this young police officer walked up to her car and said to her, "Young lady, please put your hands on the steering wheel," and as she did, he put the handcuffs on her and placed her under arrest. She was placed into the back of his police car and transported to the police station for driving a stolen car. She was held in a cell until a policewoman came and searched her and talked to her. After awhile the young policeman came in and said to her he was sorry he placed her under arrest for driving a stolen car. He said, "I saw the Christian fish emblem on the back of the car, I read the bumper sticker that said, "This driver is 'Born Again," and another that said "This driver is Pro-life" and one other that said "Jesus Saves." The policeman went on to tell the lady that after witnessing how she was acting and seeing the bumper stickers he figured she had stolen the car.
Okay, with that story I want to state this to you. If you are doing all those things that lady was doing, chances are you are not truly "Born Again." While we Christians do get upset from time to time, one thing we must really try to do is live so that others can see Jesus in us. You see, after Jesus died on the cross and was risen from the dead, He spent forty days showing others He indeed was Alive Again. When we give up our old selves and become "Born Again" and we become "Alive Again" in Jesus, then we need to live to prove this to others. Hey folks, I am a brand new person, I am indeed "Alive Again" and I want to tell it to all of you and tell it to the world. I am alive, I am "Born Again," the old me is gone and the new me is here. I am indeed ALIVE AGAIN. Brothers and sisters, I get more excited each day about my love for Jesus, and the move I love Jesus, the move I love everybody else. It is like a package deal. I am telling you, when you come to Christ you will change, you really will. Let's pray.
Dear Father in Heaven, I want to get nearer and nearer to You and love You more and more each day. Help me walk this earth and each day so others may see my love for You and for others just in the way I live my life. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Next week, God willing, my messages will be following Jesus as He goes through those last days here before He died on the cross. Now go forth and share your blessings and your love for Jesus and for others. I love ya. Please pass on my love.

Wednesday 3/25/15 Alive Again (3)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You very much. Please forgive me of my sins and help me to repent of my sins and work harder each day not to sin. Lord, please be with Debbi and watch over her. Lord, please be with the families of all those lost in the airliner crash. Please also be with the families of the police officers killed on duty just last night. Lord, please be with the Hummelstown policewoman who was arrested for shooting a criminal who was fleeing from her. Lord, something does not seem right when a lady police officer is arrested for shooting a known criminal while trying to arrest him after he was caught fleeing. I pray for a fair trial for her. Lord, I pray today for the safety of our President and his family and for all of our troops regardless of where they serve. I also pray today for our police and firefighters and all others who work so hard to keep us safe and healthy. Lord, please watch over all those unborn babies in the wombs of women all over the world. And Lord, today is Salvation Wednesday on our ministry line, so Lord, please help us to lead the unsaved to Your feet to be saved. Give us the words to say and how to say them. Please, Lord, watch over Robert and Mary Campbell. Please also be with Melvin as he readies for the crossover. Now, Lord, please help me with the message and then to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Salvation Wednesday, brothers and sisters, and it is a beautiful day here at the Southern Location of the North Pole. Please pray for Debbie McHale and also for Robert and Mary Campbell. I would like to get straight to the message, Alive Again!
Salvation Wednesday: March 25, 2015: Alive Again (Day Three)
1 Samuel 2:6 - The Lord brings death and makes alive; He brings down to the grave and raises up. 7 The Lord sends poverty and wealth, He humbles and He exalts. (NIV)
John 5:19 - Jesus gave them this answer: "I tell you the truth, The Son can do nothing by Himself; He can do only what He sees His Father doing, because whatever the Father does The Son also does. 20 For The Father loves The Son and shows Him all He does. Yes, to your amazement He will show Him even greater things than these. 21 For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom He is pleased to give it. 22 Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to The Son, 23 that all may honor the Son, just as they honor The Father. He who does not honor The Son, does not honor the Father, who sent him. 24 I tell you the truth, whoever hears My Word and believes Him Who sent Me, has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has CROSSED over from death to life. 25 I tell you the truth, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of The Son of God and those who hear will live." (NIV)
Brothers and sisters, it is Salvation Wednesday on this line and the day we work even harder to try and bring those who have not been "Born Again" or have fallen to the wayside to the feet of Jesus to be saved. You see, no one will ever get into the Kingdom of Heaven without the help of Jesus. NO ONE!!! That to me is so simple to understand, but so many it seems to me think they can get into Heaven by taking a shortcut or by just being a nice person or a really nice person. While I love to see and meet nice people, this does not cut it and will not get people into Heaven. Sometimes when we think about Heaven and hell we or at least I have looked at it this way. At one time I would think all those nasty people would be going to hell and those nice people would be going to Heaven. Well, I can tell you and back it up with scripture that there will be some nice people going to hell with, yes, a lot of people who are not all that nice. There will also be some people in Heaven when I get there who I would have guessed at one time they would not have been going to Heaven. So with that said, let me tell you that if only the people who are worthy of going to Heaven would be there, Jesus would be lonesome. In Heaven there would be just "God The Father, God The Son, and God The Holy Ghost." In plain words, none of us is worthy, and that is why Jesus was sent to rescue us and He did just that by going to THE CROSS. When we decide to go to THE CROSS, GO TO JESUS and pick up our free gift of Salvation, then and only then will we be "Born Again" and be ready for Heaven. I think you can see this and read it on your own with the scriptures I have posted today. I will be showing you more scriptures from now until Easter that will back up what I am telling you.
Years ago, and there are still a few of them left, we could go out into the country and see signs on a barn that would read, "Chew Mail Pouch Tobacco," and maybe on that same barn painted at another place it would read, "Ye Must Be Born Again." I know that chewing tobacco will not keep you out of heaven, because you could be born again and still chew. In fact, if you are "Born Again" and still chew that crap you could get to heaven faster. Amen!!
John 3:3 - In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the Kingdom of God unless he is BORN AGAIN." (NIV)
Dear Father in Heaven, I confess my sins over to You this day and I also confess that I love You, and I want to be cleaned so that I may have my name in the Lamb's Book of Life. Please honor me with my prayer request being answered according to Your will and not mine. Also know that I love You. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and share your blessings and your love for Jesus. I love ya also and please share my love with your friends also.

Monday 3/23/15 Alive Again (2)
Dear Father in Heaven: I want to give You all honor and glory for putting me back on fire again for You. I want You to know that I do love You and love You very, very much. I also want You to know that I appreciate the fact You went to the cross and shed Your blood to cover my sins. I confess that I really need to do a better job at repenting and I also want to walk nearer and nearer with You each day. Thanks for watching over this line and those who use it. Please be with Senator Ted Cruz as he has posted himself as a candidate for the office of the President of the United States of America. Protect him, Lord, as he also told the world that he loves Jesus and is a Born Again believer and one who supports the life of an unborn child. Protect him from the haters of the world. Please watch over our first responders and take care of our police officers and firefighters. Please bless all those who use this line. please also watch over Danelle as she starts up at a new location selling insurance. Please, Lord, help bring the people of the United States of America back to Jesus. Now please help me to write the message and then to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, it was cold here at the Southern Location of the North Pole. Dolores was at her family doctor today and all the news on blood tests, etc., was good. All honor and glory for that goes to our Lord Jesus Christ. On Good Friday, April 3, 2015, Carry The Light Ministries will be doing the church service at 2:00 PM at Kinkora Home. Dolores will be at the piano, Grant, Wanda, and Pamela will be serving communion and helping with leading the songs. I will be doing the message for the service and it will be about "Being Saved by Jesus at The Cross." Of course you are welcome. For now let me get started with the message "Alive Again."
Monday: March 23, 2015: Alive Again (Day Two)
John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. 18 Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son." (NIV)
Brothers and sisters, God our Father in Heaven decided it was time to send someone into this world to save what He had created. God had already destroyed what He had created once with flood. However, the world, or should I say the people of the world went right back to sinning. Right back to all the sins they were doing before He went to Noah and talked to him about what His plans were and of course the rest of that his history, yes, it really is history. So what was God our Father going to do this time; another time He was going to try and get the world back on track. So He decided to send His Son Jesus who will come down and start right out as a child, a child free of all sins and a child who would have an earthly mother and a Heavenly Father, plus an earthly father to watch over Him in His tender years. So Jesus was born, and brothers and sisters, while John 3:16 shows us the Love that was between God the Father and His Son Jesus, Jesus was sent down to save everyone, and all would have been saved if they would only do one thing! You of course know that one thing, right? You do know that one thing? But just in case you don't know or don't remember what that one thing is, people just needed to believe in Jesus and what was going to happen through Jesus. So if we were to shorten those three verses it would be like this.
John 3:16 - Shows us this great love from our Father in Heaven, to us, through Jesus our Savior.
John 3:17 - Tells us that Jesus was not sent to condemn the world but to save the world, all of it, everyone in it, regardless of race, color of the skin and even their religion.
John 3:18 - This verse tells us that if we believe, we will not be condemned, but if we don't believe we will be condemned, and that means of course we would be SENT TO HELL.
Basically we have a choice here, we can believe and spend eternity in Heaven, but even more exciting we will spend it with Jesus. Or if we choose not to believe we will be condemned, and that would mean we are really condemning ourselves. It is our pick. Meaning after we die we can be "Alive Again," or we can rot and burn in Hell. Amen.
Dear Father in Heaven, I choose to believe, and I want to be saved. In Jesus' Name, I give thanks for letting me in on the choice. All honor and glory is Yours, Jesus, as I pray in Your name. Amen.
Now go forth and share your blessings. Love ya. Please share my love also as you share your love.

Sunday 3/22/15 Alive Again! (1)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You very, very much. Thanks for taking my sins and covering them with the blood of Jesus, my dear, dear Savior. Father, thanks for a beautiful day, just beautiful. Thanks for answered prayers, Lord. Father, I give You all honor and glory for getting us through winter, and thank You for the flowers that are showing their heads in my yard. Those flowers are Indeed Alive Again. Please, Lord, be with our President, and I pray that President Obama would come to You and bow down to You and no one else. Please also be with our veterans and our current military. Please watch over them as they stand ready around the world to fight for America and to protect people and try and bring peace. Lord, please help me now with the message and then to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Good Sunday afternoon, my dear brothers and sisters. It is just a beautiful day, and after seeing snow over our lawn just this past Friday, it looks so good to see the flowers coming through the ground. Yes, they fit right in with my messages of the next few days, Alive Again. Speaking of the message, let me get to it.
Sunday: March 22, 2015: Alive Again (Day One)
John 11:17 - On His arrival, Jesus found that Lazarus had already been in the tomb for four days. 18 Bethany was less than two miles from Jerusalem, 19 and many Jews had come to Martha and Mary to comfort them in the loss of their brother. 20 When Martha heard that Jesus was coming, she went out to meet Him, but Mary stayed home. 21 "Lord," Martha said to Jesus, "If You had been here, my brother would not have died." 22 "But I know that even now God will give You whatever You ask." 23 Jesus said to her, "Your brother will rise again." 24 Martha answered, "I know he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day." 25 Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life, He who believes in me will live, even though he dies, 26 and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?" 27 "Yes, Lord," she told Him, "I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world." (NIV)
It is so wonderful each spring to see things as they come "Alive Again." I don't know how people can not believe in our Lord God as we all watch winter setting in and things dying off and then after record cold of a hard winter, right on schedule things come "Alive Again. All non-believers step up and tell everyone just how stupid you look and in fact really are. I think it would be harder not to believe in God than to believe in Him. Anyway, Jesus' friend Lazarus was sick and Lazarus' sisters were waiting for Jesus to come and heal Him. But as we see in scripture, until Jesus arrived His friend had passed. In fact the Word tells us Lazarus was in the tomb for four days already. Jesus goes on to tell us that if we believe in Him we will never die, never, and that's a long, long time. So after arriving at the home of Martha and Mary, Jesus is told that Lazarus has passed and was buried. Jesus then asks to go to the tomb. So Jesus was taken to the tomb.
John 11:34 - "Where have you laid him?" He (Jesus) asked. "Come and see, Lord," they replied. 35 Jesus wept. (NIV)
Jesus loved His friend Lazarus and wept. Did you know that John 11:35 is the shortest verse in the Bible? "Jesus wept."
People were thinking if Jesus could open the eyes of the blind, surely if He was there He could have prevented Lazarus from dying. Let's watch as Jesus goes to the tomb.
John 11:38 - Jesus, once more deeply moved, came to the tomb. It was a cave with a stone laid across the entrance. 39 "Take away the stone," He said. "But Lord," said Martha, the sister of the dead man, "by this time there is a bad odor, for he has been there four days." 40 Then Jesus said, "Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?" 41 So they took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up and said, "Father, I thank You that You have heard Me. 42 I knew that You always hear Me, but I said this for the benefit of the people standing here, that they may believe that You sent Me." 43 When He said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, "Lazarus, come out!" The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen and a cloth around his face. Jesus said to them, "Take off the grave clothes and let him go." (NIV)
If you are like me, I try and picture things in my mind. In third grade, I had a teacher, a really sweet, very tiny lady named "Miss Allen." When she would try and teach me to spell, she would tell me to look at a word and then close my eyes and try to picture it. Well, I learned how to picture things, but I never did learn the spelling part until my classmate Patricia Wells would help me in senior high school. When I picture Jesus at the tomb of Lazarus, I wonder what might have happened if Jesus had just said, "Come forth." You know, people say you save the best until last, so some sweet day Jesus will call us all home, all of us who have a personal relationship with Him. At the sound of the trumpet, will Jesus say, "Come Forth"? I am not sure of the wording, but I do know that if Jesus had said that at the tomb of Lazarus and not called him by name, all those who were dead in Christ would have come forth.
One of these days we will have a beautiful morning. May I suggest you go outside, go to your flower bed, and just talk to God and see if you might hear Him calling the flowers. Come out, pretty flowers, come out, pretty birds, come back, robins, but most of all listen to see if He is calling you. Dan, come to me, Dan, come to me. Put your name in as I have put in mine. You do have a personal relationship with Jesus, right? On that last day, will you be called forth? Are you sure? If not, will this be your day? Have you had a one-on-one with Jesus?
Brothers and sisters, I want to lead you in a sinners' prayer today, a prayer I cannot pray for you, only lead you. Now if you are Born Again, then why not use this to just clean up?
Dear Father in Heaven: I am a sinner, and today I ask You to please clean me up with the Blood of Jesus that He gave freely to me to clean me of my sins. I accept this free gift of Salvation and believe that Jesus did die for me and He was risen from the dead. I believe it in my heart and confess it to the world with my mouth. I also want to go to work for You, sharing this Good News with everyone I meet. In Jesus' Name, I ask to be cleaned and saved. Amen.
Now please go forth sharing your blessings and your love for Jesus. I love ya. Please share my love also.

Thursday 3/19/15 Love and Hate (3)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You very, very much. Please forgive me of my sins. Thanks for such a beautiful day and thanks for the great report from the heart doctor today. All honor and glory to You, all honor and glory to You. Praise You, Jesus, Praise You and thank You. Thanks for watching over families and friends this day, dear Lord. Thanks for dying on the cross for us, Lord. I really appreciate all that You do for us and for keeping this line open. Please help me now with the message and then please help me to get it dispatched. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, Dolores and I both had appointments with the heart doctors this morning, and as far as our hearts are concerned, we checked out fine. I do have A-Fib (Atrial Fibrillation), and they had information on an "A-Fib Support Group." I just could not get over the fact that there is a group I could join to go and tell "A Fib." Gosh, years ago I got my mouth washed out with soap for telling "A Fib." Anyway, all glory to God for good reports. Anyway, let me get to the message. Sorry I missed yesterday. It seems I just had a really bad day of pain. Well, more on Love and Hate.
Thursday: March 19, 2015: Love and Hate (Day Three)
John 12:25 - "The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. 26 Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me." (NIV)
The Bible tells us if we love ourselves we will lose our life. And we who hate our life in this world will keep it for eternal life. The term hate here does not mean we must hate ourselves, although I have had days in my life where I hated what I did and hated myself for doing it. What this means is we must love our Lord Jesus above all else, above all others including our very own selves. Years ago when Dolores and I did Santa and Mrs. Claus at Allenberry Playhouse, I would tell people that I found out that Dolores was in love with another man. I told them, ask her about it. Then she would tell of her love for Jesus. I would also tell people that I loved someone more than I loved her. After leading them on for awhile, I would tell them of our love for Jesus. We just cannot let our love for earthly things, even people here on earth, interfere with our Love for Jesus. People sometimes get that confused and more so some churches get it messed up. I am sure by now you have heard about the Presbyterian Church and they have voted to accept gay marriage and support the marriage and even perform the marriage. Brothers and sisters, I will get taken apart for saying this, but they are so wrong. Yes, we must love everyone, but we are to hate their sins. Tomorrow I want to dig into that. Our Lord Jesus loves us very much and we are sinners, but He hates our sins. A lot of the main line churches are trying to follow man's laws and not the laws and commandments found in our Bible. Each time you put your dollars in a collection plate at a church you are supporting what that church is believing. This is so wrong, brothers and sisters. I h ave told you over and over again, we all need the support of a good church, one where the pastor teaches and preaches from the Bible. There are churches out there today that one needs to run from, and I mean run fast and hard. So today I put this question in front of you. Does the church you attend follow God's Word or man's word? Marriage needs to be between one man and one woman PERIOD!! Those stained glass windows, those big organs, and all that glamour in those big old churches is going for naught for they have WALKED AWAY FROM THE WORD OF GOD. Before joining a church, before becoming part of it, find out what they stand for. Okay, you can throw stones at me or you can say AMEN to what I just wrote. Tomorrow we will talk about Love and Hate and how that relates to loving man and hating the sins of man. Let us pray!
Dear Father in Heaven, please help me to follow You and Your word and not to get confused by those trying to follow man's laws. Help me to walk in Your light, Jesus. Help me to repent of my sins and come nearer and nearer to you. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and share your blessings and try your best to follow Jesus and not a church. Love ya. Please share my love with others.

Tuesday 3/17/15 Love and Hate (2)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You, and Father, if people hate me because I love You, I will try and love You even more and also love those who are hating me. I will need Your help for that one. Please, Lord, forgive me of my sins. Lord, please be with Tom Sansoni and his crew as they are on the mission trip, and Lord, be with the Stoner family as they are also on the mission field. Lord, be with those who are having vision problems and touch their eyes. Lord, I also need Your touch for really severe pain. Please, Lord, help me now with the daily message and then to get it dispatched. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Dear brothers and sisters, Happy St. Patrick's Day. On Fox Cable News this morning, a Catholic Priest sang "Danny Boy." Talk about an Irish tenor, this pastor was really good. My dear friend Tom Sansoni and a group from his church have left for the Dominican Republic on a mission trip. Also needing prayers on the mission field, Dan Stoner and his family. I want to get right to the message, Love and Hate.
Tuesday: March 17, 2015: Love and Hate (Day Two): St. Patrick's Day
Luke 6:22 - "Blessed are you when men hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. 23 Rejoice in that day and leap for joy, because great is your reward in heaven. For that is how their fathers treated the prophets." (NIV)
Did you ever notice that the nearer we get to Jesus the more others will try to "bring you down"? When you come to Jesus, I mean really come to Him and are reborn, that means you are starting over, Starting over as in a brand new birthday. Yes, if indeed you are Born Again, you have two birthdays and the second is much more important than the first except for one thing. (A young man turning sixteen and getting his driver's license.) If I could do one thing over in life, just one thing, I would have come to the Lord early on, as in five or ten.
Anyway, when we turn everything over to Jesus, when we confess we love Him and hand over our sins, Jesus will take them and forgive You of them, but surely people from your past who have not been born again will want to say things like ... I remember him, or I remember her when they used to - and then put down a list. When people start that with me, I take them aside and tell them God took those things away and I am trying hard to forget them. You do not need to remind me that I was a real sinner, for indeed you were a sinner also. I have a friend that will do for you what He has done for me. He will take away your sins and put you on a trail to be Born Again. Jesus is indeed one friend you have that once you come to Him will not bring up your past. As for those who really hate you, just keep praying for them. That will really upset them.
Now let me put it to you another way. If you have taken Jesus as your Savior and you confess to be Born Again and you are telling people about the past of others, you need to get back to the cross and start confessing about your being a trouble-maker or one who lives on gossip.
If people really hate you because of your love for Jesus, wear that as a badge of honor. Yes, stand up, stand up for Jesus. And let's pray today that we can stand up for Him and walk even nearer to Him.
Dear Father in Heaven: We confess we are sinners. I confess I am a sinner and I also confess that I am really in love with You, Jesus. Please send the power, the mighty power of the Holy Ghost over us, over me this day. Wash us clean, wash us white and keep us clean. Help me teach love to those who hate me regardless of their reason for hating me, and if their reason for hating me is my love for You, Jesus, help me pour out even more love on them. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and share your blessings and share your love to those who hate you. And know that I love ya. Please share that love also.

Sunday 3/15/15 Love and Hate
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You very, very much, and I want You to know that I really appreciate You looking after this line and after those who we have on our prayer lists. Please, Lord, forgive me of my sins, yes, again. Please help me to repent, and thanks, Lord, for the gift You gave me this morning. Thank You, thank You, thank You. Thanks for taking care of families and friends, and Lord, we pray that our Matthew will return to You. Lord, we don't even know where he is or even if he is alive. We know he was not alive in You. Please, Lord grab hold of him and wake him up. Please, Lord, be with the lady that had a boat hitch through her body and heal her. Vicki also needs Your help, dear Lord. Please help me now with the message and help me to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, I am excited, and it seems I get excited a lot lately. This morning about 3:00 AM I was sitting on the edge of my bed and I was praying and praying and really getting into the prayers and asking Jesus to send the Holy Spirit upon me. Jesus answered my prayers and I was overcome with the Power of the Holy Spirit. What a great feeling!! I must say I did not fully understand what was going on, but my heart was pumped and my mind was going full blast and I was praying and praying when I started praying in tongues. I was so full of the Holy Ghost. I am praying this places me nearer and nearer to our Father in Heaven and it makes my walk with Jesus stronger and stronger. I do know that my love for Jesus keeps growing and growing, and I also know that my love for all of you keeps growing and growing. Let me get to the message, Love and Hate!
Sunday: March 15, 2015: Love and Hate (Day One)
1 Corinthians 2:4 - My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, 5 so that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom, but on God's power. (NIV)
Proverbs 6:16 - There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to Him. 17 Naughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, 18 a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, 19 a false witness who pours out lies and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers. (NIV)
John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." (NIV)
Dear brothers and sisters, I was restless last night and was sitting on the side of the bed and was watching Jimmy Swaggart and Jimmy's grandson was preaching at a Cross Fire Session (Teens and Young Adults). Gabriel was on fire for the Lord and talking about being saved and the cross. Talking about things we discussed in our last few messages. Then there was singing and a lot of it was about the Holy Ghost, and the Spirit of the Lord was coming over me, no doubt about that at all. Then I really started praying for the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit) to come over me and my body. Yes, I was Baptized by the Holy Spirit and I was on fire. I have been pretty much in the Spirit all day. God gave me the title to work on about Love and Hate. Sometimes we think that God would not hate anything, or more so anybody. However, the Bible is clear that God does hate some things. I have listed a scripture that covers a bunch of them. Let us go and look at them again.
Naughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, a false witness who pours out lies and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers.
So what does it mean to have "naughty eyes"? Well, we have talked about that before. Guys, you know what I am talking about. That short skirt, or that low cut blouse and our eyes are wandering. And ladies, I know that once in awhile your eyes will check out a "hunk." So what happens right after someone catches you looking, maybe even the lady that the man would be talking to when she might say, "my eyes are up here." Then comes the lying tongue when we say, "What, I was not looking!!" Of course we all know what shedding of innocent blood would be. Murder, fighting, assaults, etc. Then when we spend time trying to see if we can make money that does not belong to us. Easy money, and that might just mean "working the system." It also talks about us lying about others, let us call that one gossip. Then we also have those who like to stir the pot.
But with all those things our Father in Heaven hates, let me show you a scripture that tells us all about God's love.
It, of course, is John 3:16, and this is about that deep, deep love of God for us when He gave us His Son who died for us to save us from our dirty old selves. Yes, I will be writing about Love and Hate this week. How about sharing a few things you love and a few things you hate? For now that is enough.
One thing you all could do for me is pray for me, pray that the power of the Holy Ghost just keeps coming over me. I want to be on fire for Jesus 24/7/365 plus 1 extra every 4.
Dear Father in Heaven: Today is the day and I want to be on fire for You and with You. Please baptize me with the Holy Spirit. Please, Lord, do that for all who ask for that. In the Name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth sharing your blessings and loving on Jesus and others. I love ya. Please share my love also.

Friday 3/13/15 The Cross (4)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You and I appreciate all You do for all of us, and I appreciate what You have done personally for me. Thanks, Lord, for forgiving me of my sins, and thanks for working with me as I repent and come nearer and nearer to you. Please, Lord, be with Keith and his crew as they travel. Please be with the police that were shot in Ferguson and also be with their families. Please bring calm to the area. Please, Lord, place Your healing hand on Bev's eyes and Ruby's eyes and touch them so they can see clearer and better. Please be with the families of the Marines and National Guardsmen that were killed when their Blackhawk went down. Please watch over Burt and Patsy and keep them healthy and safe. Please help Danelle as she starts her new job. Be with the family of the young man killed on the railroad tracks in Lebanon. Also be with all of those who lost their homes to fire yesterday and today. Lord, please help me with the message and then to get it dispatched. In the Name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Dear brothers and sisters, what a great day here at the Southern Location of the North Pole. God has been so good and has been opening doors for Carry The Light Ministries to keep growing. Working for God is the most exciting work you can do. And I must say He is also the most wonderful Boss a person could ever ask for. Today as we talk a tad more about the Cross, I want to talk to you about how exciting it is to work for Him. Let's get moving on the message, "The Cross."
Friday: March 13, 2015: The Cross (Day Four)
Hebrews 12:1 - Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. 2 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the CROSS, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 Consider Him who endured such opposition from sinful man, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. 4 In your struggle against sin, you have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood. 5 And you have forgotten that word of encouragement that addresses you as sons. "My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when He rebukes you, 6 because the Lord disciplines those He loves, and He punishes everyone He accepts as a son." (NIV)
Years and years ago our dear Lord Jesus went to the cross for all of us who were and are sinners. He was sent to die once and that to last forever and ever. Over the years we have been surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses. I want you to think about that statement in Hebrews 12:1. We are surrounded by a great group of witnesses. Think of this as why once we are saved we need to have the support of a bunch of believers who will witness to us and we can witness to them. Yes, believers need to be witnessing to each other so we do not lose our faith in our everyday living. Sometimes in this world we live in today it is hard not to get drawn into sin. It is all around us and once we are saved, that makes Satan mad and he wants to get us back. Again, this is why we need a GOOD CHURCH, A GOOD BUNCH OF BELIEVERS, led by a pastor that preaches the truth. The Bible tells us that we need to throw off everything that hinders us. In other words, we need to get rid of everything and anything that interferes with our relationship with our Dear Lord Jesus. In Hebrews 12:2 The Bible tells us we need to fix our eyes on Jesus. I just need to ask this question. Guys, this one is for you. You are standing and talking with Jesus, and you are looking Him in the eyes, as we are told to in the Bible - "Fix your eyes on Jesus." As we are talking to Jesus a young lady walks past in a mini-skirt. Will our eyes still be fixed on Jesus or would they wander after the young woman as we "check out her legs"?
We also find out in these verses that once we are saved and we sin, our Lord Jesus will discipline us. And why does He do this? Well, as a father I know we must teach our children right from wrong and when they break the rules we had to discipline them. I can remember my dad saying when he would fan my backside that this is hurting him more than me. I did not understand that until I had children of my own. You discipline your children because you love them. God, our Father, is the same way. He loved us before we were saved and He gave us rules to live by and even gave us rules to get into heaven. If He did not love us or care about us, He would not punish us when we mess up. Yes, He punishes us. When we endure His punishment, then we become better sons and daughters, and how do we become better sons and daughters? Well, we sin less and we work the fields of harvest for Jesus more often. When we repent and try not to sin, we make better witnesses for Jesus. When farmers and their workers go into their harvest fields, it is really hard work. It is the same when we work for Jesus. It is hard work, but it is exciting. How exciting? That is up to you. You can go out in the fields to work for Jesus because we have to do it, or we can go out into the fields of harvest because we want to go. We go out singing and lifting our voices in praise. Let me ask you this question today. When you go into your church, is it dead? Do people sit around either not talking to each other or running the gossip mill? If your church is dead, find a new one, for when a pastor is preaching The Word, The Real Word as in the Bible, it is EXCITING and it is not dead. Come on, brothers and sisters, let us get on fire for Jesus today. Are you ready to GET ON FIRE FOR JESUS? Fire up, brothers and sisters, fire up. Let us get the word to the world and let us let others know that Jesus died on the cross for us, but He is ALIVE AND WELL TODAY. Are you alive and well in Jesus?
Dear Father in Heaven, help me to repent of sin, walk in Your light and be on fire for You. Light my fuse, dear Lord, light my fuse, and let me get to working even harder for You. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and get excited for Jesus as you share your blessings. Love ya. Please, please, share the love of Jesus and my love also.
Pastor Dan

Wednesday 3/11/15 The Cross (3)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You very much. Thanks for covering my sins with the Blood of Jesus when He died on the cross for me and all others. What a great gift You gave to all of us that day. Thanks for a great day of singing and sharing Your love on this day. Please help us on this mid-week day we call Salvation Wednesday to be able to help lead the lost to the cross to be saved. All honor and glory to You for the new mission You have given to Carry The Light Ministries. I pray we carry this out the way You want it done. Now Lord, please help me with the message and to get it dispatched. In the Name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
Dear brothers and sisters, I am so excited, I am so excited since God is once again laying a mission over to Carry The Light Ministries. As you may or may not know, Carry The Light Ministries has many different missions under our umbrella. Well, listen to this. We are teaming with Volunteers of America as they are purchasing homes and then rehabbing them and giving them over to the our homeless veterans. Right before the house is turned over to the veteran and their family, we, Carry The Light Ministry, will be stocking the kitchen with food. Can you say Praise The Lord? Right now one home is to be opened in Harrisburg on Lexington Street. They are planning on rehabbing 100 houses across the state of Pennsylvania. I am asking all of you to pray about this for us. God is leading me to tell those in charge at Volunteers of America that we would like to handle all 100 homes. With the help of God and your prayers, we can do this, even at our age. If you think this sounds exciting and is a good way to work with God feeding the needy, please let us know. Drop us a note, give me a call. These are homeless veterans, they would get the house free for the first couple of years, giving them time to get on their feet, and then they would be expected to purchase the house from Volunteers at the original price that they paid for it before rehab. Please pray for us, please pray for us, and let us know how you feel about this mission. Thank you. I am so excited I am going straight to the message, The Cross.
Salvation Wednesday: March 11, 2015: The Cross (Day Three)
1 Corinthians 1:18 - For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written: "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate." 20 Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? 21 For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know Him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe. 22 Jews demand miraculous signs, Greeks look for wisdom, 22 but we preach Christ crucified. (NIV)
If I were to write that first verse, I would write it like this. "For the non-believer the message of the cross does not mean a thing, and those foolish people will spend everlasting life in the fire of hell." While there is still time for we who are saved by the Power of God to get those non-believers to Jesus to be saved, that would require them to get over their foolishness. In verse 20 we see the question, where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? I believe we call them non-believers, the high and mighty who are trying to throw our Jesus out of everyplace. That pHD will not mean a thing in Heaven, for the pHD does not cause a person to believe, FAITH DOES. Faith in our Lord Jesus. I have hear the statement, and you more than likely did also, "That person is well read!" Well, let me tell you they can read all the books ever written except the Bible, and if they do not have faith in Jesus, all that learning will go to waste. Well, praise the Lord, I do not have a Bachelor's or a Master's in anything, I do not have a pHD and as I have told you, I never even read a book, but I do read the Bible and I do believe in THE CROSS, and I do believe that my Jesus died on that cross. Yes, I do not have the pHD, but I have JESUS, written with my name. I have these things that help spell Jesus. Faith, Hope, Grace, Peace, Salvation, and most of all LOVE, and if we put them together, we spell JESUS. Someone please shout Amen!
Dear Father in Heaven, I have faith, I really do, and I love You. Save me, Lord, save me. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and share your love and blessings. Love ya, and please share my love also.

Mon/Tues 3/9-10/15 The Cross (2)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You, and I really appreciate You loving me. Thanks for forgiving me of my sins and that for causing me to be "Born Again" by giving me the gift of Salvation that I have accepted. Again, Lord Jesus, I love You very, very much. Please, Lord, watch over Vicki and also Dave who have many health issues. Lord, thank You for bringing our neighbors home safe and all thanks and honor and glory for furnishing us with good Christian neighbors. Lord, that makes the command "Love your neighbors" easy to carry out. Dear Lord, as You know, I had the message about finished when it just disappeared from the computer. Please, Lord, protect this silly machine. Now, Lord, please help me with the message and then to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, it was and still is a beautiful day here at the Southern Location of the North Pole. It is raining and a tad gloomy, but at least we do not need to "shovel the rain. One way to get cheered up on a gloomy day is to focus on Jesus and also do some singing. Yes, singing always picks me up a tad or two. Since we are working on messages about the Cross, let us look up scripture where it tells us to sing, and then let us sing songs about the cross. Let's get singing.
Monday/Tuesday: March 9/10, 2015: The Cross (Day Two)
Psalm 100:1 - Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. 2 Serve the Lord with gladness, come before His presence with singing. (KJV)
Brothers and sisters, I don't know if you sing like a bird or a frog, and I really don't care, for God loves us to sing. We can call it "making a joyful noise" just as our Bibles instruct us to do. As we sing let us really pay attention to the words of the song. From the birth of our Lord Jesus to His death and resurrection one of the events out of all the events means more to me than the others. Being a sinner and saved by grace, I must tell you that to me, the death of Jesus on the Cross is what I really appreciate the most. So let us go straight to the Cross with this song. Alas! And Did My Savior Bleed.
Alas! And Did My Savior Bleed.
Alas! And Did My Savior Bleed, and did my Sovereign die?
Would He devote that sacred head for sinners such as I?
At the Cross, At the Cross where I first saw the Light
And the burdens of my heart rolled away,
It was there by Faith I received my sight
And now I am happy all the day!
Was it for crimes that I have done, He groaned upon the tree?
Amazing pity! Grace unknown! And love beyond degree!
At the Cross, At the Cross where I first saw the Light
And the burdens of my heart rolled away,
It was there by Faith I received my sight
And now I am happy all the day!
But drops of tears can ne'er repay the debt of love I owe.
Here, Lord, I give myself away. 'Tis all that I can do.
At the Cross, At the Cross where I first saw the Light
And the burdens of my heart rolled away,
It was there by Faith I received my sight
And now I am happy all the day!
At the Cross, At the Cross where I first saw the Light
And the burdens of my heart rolled away,
It was there by Faith I received my sight
And now I am happy all the day!
Jesus, Keep Me Near the Cross.
Jesus, keep me near the cross, there's a precious fountain, free to all a healing stream, flows from Calvary's mountain.
In the cross, in the cross, be my glory ever, till my raptured soul shall find rest beyond the river.
Near the cross I'll watch and wait, hoping, trusting, ever, till I reach the golden strand just beyond the river.
In the cross, in the cross, be my glory ever, till my raptured soul shall find rest beyond the river.
In the cross, in the cross, be my glory ever, till my raptured soul shall find rest beyond the river.
The Old Rugged Cross.
On a hill far away stood an old rugged cross, the emblem of suffering and shame.
And I love that old cross where the dearest and best for a world of lost sinners was slain.
So I'll cherish the old rugged cross, till my trophies at last I lay down.
I will cling to the old rugged cross, and exchange it someday for a crown.
To the old rugged cross I will ever be true, its shame and reproach gladly bear.
Then he'll call me someday to my home far away, where His glory forever I'll share.
So I'll cherish the old rugged cross, till my trophies at last I lay down.
I will cling to the old rugged cross, and exchange it someday for a crown.
So I'll cherish the old rugged cross, till my trophies at last I lay down.
I will cling to the old rugged cross, and exchange it someday for a crown.
Well, brothers and sisters, I pray you enjoyed your own singing tonight, for I sure have been singing it over and over again as I typed it. I just love to sing, I really do. Well, we will sing some more and do that last refrain over again and again.
Dear Father in Heaven, I come to Your feet today as I picture You on the Cross. Please forgive me of my sins and help me repent. Prepare me for heaven this day, dear Lord. I pray in Jesus' Name. Amen.
Now go forth singing and sharing your blessings. Love ya. Please share a song with and for me.

Sunday 3/8/15 The Cross (1)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You, and I want to thank You for going to the cross for me. Thanks, Lord, for clearing me of my sins. I pray that on this Sunday there is a great Harvest of souls for You this day and many will come to You to be saved. Lord, please be with Patsy and also Burt. Help Patsy as she works to bring others to Your feet, even as she is in a nursing home. Lord, I pray for all of our leaders, starting with President Obama, as we start a new week, Lord. I pray for our veterans and all of our current military regardless of where they serve. I pray for our police officers, Lord, and I ask that You protect them. Lord, please be with all firefighters and first responders, Lord. And I pray today for pastors that they might preach and teach the compete truth from the Bible and don't get involved in being politically correct. I pray that I do a better job of walking with You and working for You and that means I need to do a better job of repenting of my sins. Help me to repent and walk nearer and nearer with You. Please, Lord, help me with the new message series and then help me to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, what a beautiful day here at the Southern Location of the North Pole, just beautiful. It is nearly 50 degrees after being -1 yesterday morning. God is good, and God is in control, and I LOVE IT! Today after we had church in our living room, I made hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, and some veggies for our Sunday noon meal. Did you know that a hamburger steak is a hamburger without the bun? Tomorrow, potato pancakes and eggs for breakfast. Fried mashed potatoes with maple are better than regular pancakes. I could go on and on about food, for I love to cook. Let me get to the message as we start a new series, "The Cross."
Sunday: March 8, 2015: The Cross (Day One)
Luke 9:23 - Then He said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. 24 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for Me will save it." (NIV)
What does it really mean that if we want to follow Jesus we must take up our cross daily? Some people might look at this and think they need to get some lumber, build a cross and each day pick it up and drag it wherever we go. That is not at all what this means. What it really means is we must deny things for ourselves and we must walk in the light of Jesus and follow Him. This means we must put Jesus first in our lives and live and breathe just that. Oh yes, we must love all others, but nothing, I said nothing, must be put ahead or even equal to our Lord Jesus. So there are going to be times we are going to need to do some things that we might not really want to do. And we must do these things daily. Jesus is telling us that whoever wants to save his life will lose it. What does that really mean? Just this, before you were "Born Again," you had a completely different lifestyle. That will change once you truly come to Jesus. If you think you can come to Jesus, and I mean really come to Jesus, call upon Jesus to come into your heart and you are not going to change, THINK AGAIN. If you claim to be "Born Again" but are still living your old lifestyle, then you are not "Born Again."
"For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." So we give up our lives as we know it now, and we save our lives from the fires of Hell!! That's what I'm talking about, brothers and sisters. Do we want to live just a life here on earth and then just end it by going to hell? Or do you want to pick up your cross daily, ask Jesus into your heart and save yourself to be able to live in Heaven with Jesus? I have made up my mind, HAVE YOU?? Right now you can come to the cross of Jesus, and confess yourself over to Him and then pick up your cross and go to work for Him. What will it be??? Are you ready to do it today?? How about right now? Listen, The United Methodist Church cannot save you, the Baptist Church cannot save you, the Catholic Church cannot save you. The Church of God cannot save you, the pastors of those churches cannot save you, Reverend Billy Graham cannot save you. Pastor Larry, Pastor Bob, Pastor Phil, Pastor Dave, Pastor Dan cannot save you, but I know a man who can. YES, I KNOW A MAN WHO CAN. His name is Jesus. I SAID HIS NAME IS JESUS, and He died for you. He went to the cross for you. Now will you carry your cross for Him? Will you join me now? Will you pick up your cross and follow Jesus starting right now?
Dear Father in Heaven: According to Your word as found in Romans 10:9/10 we need to confess with our mouths and believe in our hearts that You died on the cross and were risen from the dead. Well, Lord, I confess that I am a sinner and I do believe that You died on the cross taking my sins with You to the grave. I believe You were risen from the dead, and I want to be in Heaven someday and until that day I want to work for You. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and share your blessings. Love ya. And please share my love.

Saturday 3/7/15 Talking to God (10)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You and I want to thank You for listening to me when I talk to You. And Lord, thanks for handling my prayers according to Your will and not mine. Lord, thank You for this very beautiful day. You are so great, Lord, and I love You so much. Thanks for dying to clear me of my sins. Please be with me now as I write for You. May the words I type be Your words. After that, please help me to dispatch the message. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, it was and still is a beautiful day here at the Southern Location of the North Pole. After setting an all-time record low for March at -1 this morning, the sun warmed us up to well, about freezing. I do pray the snow is over; however, we need to pray for a slow warm-up so we do not have major flooding. Remember to turn the clocks ahead at 2:00 AM on Sunday morning. If you don't want to lose an hour of sleep, turn the clock this evening and go to bed one hour earlier than normal. I heard a weather man telling people we gain an hour of daylight when we turn the clocks. This is not true, it just is on the other end of the day. I never went to college, and I knew that one. Okay, how about we talk some more about "Talking to God?"
Saturday: March 7, 2015: Talking to God (Day Ten)
1 Peter 4:7 - The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray. 8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. (NIV)
How often have you had to make a phone call to someone and the phone was answered by a machine? It might go something like this. Hi, you have reached your Power Company. Please listen as our options have changed. If you know your party's 25-digit number you can put it in now; otherwise please hold for an operator. Your wait time is about 5 hours. Please hold ... And then after you have waited someone picks up the phone wrong and you get disconnected. Then the voice comes on, if you are trying to place a call, hang up and try again. We have all been there and done that, all of us. Let me tell you right now, there is no waiting when you want to talk to your Heavenly Father. However, you will need to talk to Him through His Son Jesus. Also when "talking to God" you can pick the subject, and no one will tell you that "you are in if you are caller six" or any other number. GOD ALWAYS HAS TIME FOR YOU. My question is do you ALWAYS have time for Him? Let's take a look at our first scripture.
It starts by saying "The end of all things is near. Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled so that you can pray."
There is no doubt that "The end is near." How soon, we have no idea. So we look at the next part. "Therefore be clear minded and self-controlled." We need to be clear minded and self-controlled for a lot of things, but did you know we need to be that way to pray? Well, you do now! If we are not clear minded, and I take that to mean not all boozed up or hopped up on drugs so we fully understand what and why we are talking to God. Think of this, do you like to talk to someone that is really drunk and just babbling on and on? God does not want that either. And that statement "The end is near" is of course referring to our Lord Jesus coming back for His people.
Now let's look at the next part of the scripture. "Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins." It tells us ABOVE ALL, above all, let nothing be ahead of this. LOVE EACH OTHER and it goes on to say deeply. Now let me remind you right now that the Love our Bible talks about is not sex!! Sometimes it is hard to love someone who just cut you apart, stabbed you in the back, so to speak. But the Bible tells us to "love our enemies." It is easy to love friends, but we must, if we truly love Jesus, love everybody. Then it goes on to tell us that "love covers a multitude of sins." Yes, and my example here is the love our Lord Jesus showed on the cross, and I can tell you this, His blood, His love has covered a multitude of sins just on me. And we know that when we love others, and I mean truly love them, our love must cover their sins, and one thing I want to tell you now, if you love someone enough to cover their sins, please do not cast those sins up to them. Please don't do that. If a person asks God to forgive them, they indeed are forgiven. Please as you try your best to be like Jesus, follow His lead and forgive others and do not bring their past up, unless it is good.
Jude 20 - But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and pray in the Holy Spirit. Keep yourselves in God's love as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus to bring you eternal life. (NIV)
These are some instructions from the book of Jude. We are to build ourselves up, and please do not let others tear you down. We are to build up our faith, and we are to be "talking to God" in the Holy Spirit. And we are to keep our faith, grow in God, until we are called into our eternal life. Let us all try to do just that, by walking with our Lord each day until He does call us home, and I don't know about you, as much as I love Jesus, I really love it here, so I am not in a real hurry to GO HOME. AMEN.
Dear Father, help me grow in faith, grow in love of You and others as I wait for Your return. Until then, help me to repent of my sins and try hard to bring in the lost. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and share your love and blessings. Love ya, and by all means share the love of Jesus and you may share my love also.

Friday 3/6/15 Talking to God (9)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You. Please forgive me of my sins, and Lord, I am sorry that I sin. Please help me to repent. Lord, thanks for taking me out for another round of plowing of Your beautiful snow. I pray today for all folks, Lord, who do not love You above all else and all others. Lord, please watch over our President and his wife and girls. Please watch over our other leaders and keep them safe also. Lord, be with the family of the police officer who was shot and killed in the line of duty last night. Please be with our veterans, our military, our police and all others who work to keep us safe and healthy. Dear Father, please be with the Pastor and his/her flock of the church that burned in Harrisburg last night. Lord, help them come up out of the fire, for Your spirit is in that flock. Bless them, Lord, please bless them. And Lord, thank You for watching over all those firefighters who worked so hard in all that cold weather last night. Lord, please help me now with a message and then to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. I love You. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, a beautiful old church located at 16th and Market Streets in Harrisburg, PA, burned last night. So sad to see all those stained glass windows get broken, but praise God no one was hurt. Please pray for the pastor and their flock. A police officer was shot and killed in Philadelphia, PA, last night. Please pray for the family and fellow officers. Pray for all those who work to keep us safe and healthy. Now I want to get to the message, Talking to God.
Friday: March 6, 2015: Talking to God (Day Nine)
Romans 15:30 - I urge you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of The Spirit, to join me in my struggle by praying to God for me. 31 Pray that I may be rescued from the unbelievers in Judea and that my service in Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints there. 32 So that by God's will I may come to you and together with you be refreshed. 33 The God of peace be with you all. Amen. (NIV)
This is the Apostle Paul addressing the people at the church of Rome. As we talk to God I want to point out to you in this scripture it is okay to be asking others to pray for you when you are sick or are struggling. Sometimes we do not want others to know we are struggling in life so we do not ask others to pray for us.
So, my dear brothers and sisters, please do not hesitate to ask others to pray for you, or even post your name on different prayer lists. In verse 31 I find it interesting why the Apostle Paul is asking for prayer. "Pray that I may be rescued from the unbelievers." Brothers and sisters, once we come to Jesus, once we are "washed in The Blood," once we become "Born Again," our enemy will be coming after us. Yes, those non-believers and/or those who call themselves Christians but choose to attack we who really love Jesus. Don't you just love it that people who "do not believe" in God are so afraid of Him and those who do believe in God? I tell you sometimes it is hard to be a real true believer and let others see Christ in you at the workplace and then have those others come after you. Yes, it is hard, so that is why, that is why I say that we as Christians must stick together. Paul is also asking for prayer that his work for God would be acceptable to the saints. And you do know that by saints we are talking about others who are saved. Please remember that when you accept Christ as your Savior, you right then and there become a saint. "Amen."
Now let us look at verse 32. "So that by God's will I may come to you and together with you be refreshed." Okay, let us look at two things in this verse. One is this, "by God's will." Please remember we talked about that early on in this series when I wrote about the Lord's Prayer. Let's look at that right now.
Matthew 6:10 - "Your kingdom come, YOUR WILL BE DONE." (NIV)
I also want to point out that the Apostle Paul wants to worship, or come together with the saints to be refreshed. Brothers and sisters, this is why we need a good church, a good bunch of believers to worship with and to pray with and to share with. Have you ever heard of the term, there is strength in numbers? Here is a good example of just that. Okay, one more day on the subject of Talking to God and then I would like to change the subject. Please pray for God to speak to my heart and brain as where we go next. Time to come to Jesus.
Dear Father in Heaven, please forgive me of my sins. Wash me white with Your blood shed on the cross. I love You and I want to be saved and be able to get into heaven. I confess that love with my mouth and believe it in my heart. Forgive me, please, and save me. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and share your love and your blessings. Love ya. Please share my love also.

Wednesday 3/4/15 Talking to God (8)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You, and I want to thank You for a granddaughter who stopped by and put salt on our very unsafe driveway this day. All honor and glory goes to You. Lord, thanks for a good report today on Dolores from one of her doctors. All honor and glory is Yours. Please, Lord, on this our Salvation Wednesday, may we keep serving You by bringing in the lost. I pray, Lord, that the work that You have given to us, we are doing it the way You want it done and people are coming to You through this work. Lord, again I pray for all those working outside, and I give thanks for them. Please keep them safe. Watch over our leaders and our military and our police also, Lord. Please help me with the message and then to get it dispatched. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Brothers and sisters, the ice was thick here at the Southern Location of the North Pole. Our son Glenn sent us a couple bags of driveway salt with our granddaughter Mellissa, who took time to spread it around. You folks all know how I feel about safety on the roads. Today I called ABC 27 out of Harrisburg, PA, and suggested that instead of each day the weather is bad showing us PennDOT or some shot along the highway they might show what a school bus driver does to get a bus ready in the cold, messy weather we have been having. Don't know if they will or not, but ABC 27 Daybreak comes on at 4:30 AM tomorrow and they are calling for snow. Check it out. Okay, it is Wednesday, and that means it is Salvation Wednesday on this line. It is also March 4th, so a really good time to try and put a message together about talking to God as we "March 4th" with Him.
Salvation Wednesday: March 4, 2015: Talking to God (Day Eight) (March 4th)
Luke 3:21 - When all the people were being baptized, Jesus was baptized too. And as He was praying, heaven was opened 22 and the Holy Spirit descended on Him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: "You are my Son, who I love; with You I am well pleased." (NIV)
Yesterday I talked abut how we could feel the earth shake after praying. I received a note from Pastor Larry Hale, who gave God the Glory as he told me about his mother coming to him when he first received his license to preach, how she felt the "church shake," Praise the Lord. Then he went on to say how his wife Luella and he were heading south, before he left his AC in his car did not work and he did not have the cash to get it fixed, as he was told it needed a compressor, about a $600 repair. So off they went with no AC. Along the way it got so hot in the car they had trouble standing it. They laid hands on the dash, prayed for the AC, and turned it on and it blew cold air and the repair never did need done as God sent the Holy Spirit and the AC sprang to life. Prayer works, folks, prayer really works.
The scripture above shows how heaven opened up after Jesus was baptized and He was praying, and God talked to His Son. Well, we are children of God, and if we pray and we listen, God will open up His heaven, lift His voice and speak to us. Will He say to us, I love You? Yes, He will, for He loves us all. Will He say, "With you I am well pleased"? Well, if I answer that question about me, I might get a different answer on different days. As a sinner I am sure there are days that God is not pleased with me at all, while other days I would think He would be. What answer might He give you?
Now here is another way God might talk to us, as we are Talking to Him.
Exodus 9:22 - Then the Lord said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand toward the sky so that hail will fall all over Egypt, on men and animals and on everything growing in the fields of Egypt." 23 When Moses stretched out his staff toward the sky the Lord sent thunder and hail and lightning flashed down to the ground. So the Lord rained hail on the land of Egypt; 24 Hail fell and lightning flashed back and forth. It was the worst storm in all the land of Egypt since it had become a nation. (NIV)
The earth shook that day, I am sure. It is still true these days that when God sends a storm past us, sometimes it is to get our attention. I am telling you nothing gets my attention any faster than a "bolt of lightning" striking down and hitting the ground and bouncing back up. Or that "bolt of lightning" splitting a big tree right in our own yard. And we as kids would say when the thunder rolls that the angels were bowling. I can tell you many times in my lifetime that the "Thunder Crashed" so hard that the earth shook. The awesome power of our Lord God can be outdone by NOBODY OR NOTHING.
Now how about we just March 4th with this scripture.
Joshua 6:3 - March around the city once with all the armed men. Do this for six days. 4 Have seven priests carry trumpets of rams horns in front of the Ark. On the seventh day, march around the city seven times, with the priests blowing the trumpets. 5 When you hear them sound a long blast on the trumpets, h ave all the people give a loud shout; then the wall of the city will collapse and the people will go up, every man straight in." (NIV)
The walls were up at Jericho and Joshua was praying and listening to the Lord. Praying face down according to the Bible before the commander of the Lord's Army. The commander of the Lord's army first told Joshua to "take off your shoes for you are standing on Holy Ground." Joshua did just that. Joshua wanted to know whose side God was on. He was told neither. God was not and is not on one side or the other. He loves all people, but He also loves those who defend God and listen to Him. How can I relate this? God does not pick a side in a football game nor does He pick a winner in a car race. However, if we obey the Lord, in the very end we will win. Sometimes in life it seems like we lose the battle, but remember in the end we will win the war. Let's go back and see what happens to Joshua. Joshua was given his "Marching Orders," and he followed them to the letter. Now think about this, you are to march around a place for seven days, and then have all the people shout, and the wall of that city will fall. Joshua did all those things and what happened? Let us go back to the Bible and look!
Joshua 6:6 - So Joshua "son of Nun" called the priests and said to them, "Take up the ark of the covenant of the Lord and have seven priests carry trumpets in front of it." 7 And he ordered the people, "Advance! March around the city, with the armed guard going ahead of the Ark of the Lord." (NIV)
So the march started, Joshua was carrying out the orders from God. The trumpets were sounding but the people were to keep quiet, no war calls until the seventh day when Joshua would give the order to shout. Okay, all said and done, when all the orders were carried out, THE WALLS CAME TUMBLING DOWN. Please, brothers and sisters, get out your Bibles and go to Joshua 5:13 and read through Chapter 6. If by chance you do not have a Bible, please call us at once, 717 691 8200, and let us know. Carry The Light Ministries will get you a Bible of your very own, and if you are out of the area, we will have it shipped to you.
By the way, Joshua was the only man who never had parents. Yes, he was indeed the "Son of None." Okay, just a joke, folks. But Joshua carried out his marching orders. And this, the message of today, let us make the earth shake, let us please God by carrying out His orders without question. AND GLORY, THE WALLS WILL COME DOWN. If you let God into your heart and you work for Him, people will come after you, but He will protect you in the end. WE WILL WIN, FOR WE HAVE GOD AND FOLLOWED HIS MARCHING ORDERS. And no better time to start Marching with God than on Salvation Wednesday and March 4th. Let's pray.
Dear Father in Heaven: I do not want to go one step more without You. I want to March 4th with You. Please come into my heart this day and save me and protect me. In Jesus' Name, I pray and ask this of You. Amen.
Now March 4th sharing your blessings. Love ya, and as you March 4th, share my love.

Tuesday 3/3/15 Talking to God (7)
Dear Father in Heaven: I love You and I am truly thankful that You love me, even with all my faults. Please be with people on the road this evening as everywhere we look there is ice. Lord, we give praise that Steve does not have cancer, and now we ask that you take care of his Hepatitis C. Lord, be with Tom Sansoni and his team as they ready for a missions trip. And Lord, thanks for sending a baby in the womb to LeaAnne and Brian Clugston. Protect that child, please, Lord. Lord, please protect Israel's Prime Minister and his crew as they are in America, and please, Lord, protect our homeland, the place where Jesus walked. Please help me now with the message and after that please help me to dispatch the message. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Dear brothers and sisters: Please keep praying for Israel's Prime Minister as he travels in America and also pray for Israel, our homeland. Please keep all those on the roads in prayer and the best defense for a road covered with ice is keeping your car parked.
I want to get onto the message today, so let's get talking about "Talking to God."
Tuesday: March 3, 2015: Talking to God (Day Seven)
Act 4:31 - After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly. (NIV)
Now that was powerful prayer, as the place they were meeting was shaken. I want to take you way back in my life, brothers and sisters. From 1962 to 1966 I worked for the United States Post Office as a letter carrier. One of the jobs I had for a few years was night collections, and often I would be working those collections on a Sunday evening. Some of you will remember when there were places to mail letters on a lot of corners, some had small boxes on posts. The event I want to tell you about happened at Fourth and Reilly Streets in Harrisburg, PA. There was a collection box located near a church which had a flock of our black brothers and sisters. I would sit out there and listen as they would pray and praise the Lord, and as in the scripture above, the place they were meeting was shaking, and you could tell the people were filled with the "Holy Ghost." Now I know the church was shaking as the mail truck was bouncing on the street out front. My brothers and sisters in that church were singing and praising the Lord and it went on and on and on. Although I could only sit there about 10 or 15 minutes without getting late on the schedule, it was indeed great. I mean those folks were "HAVING CHURCH." I am sure they might have been called "Holy Rollers" or Jesus freaks or a name like I was called not long ago, a radical Christian. So if you don't think prayers can't shake the buildings and the ground and/or the Holy Spirit cannot light up your fire and the fire in a church, you better be thinking again.
How long has it been since you have prayed and something was moved? Think about it, it might not be the home you were praying in. Here is one that I have prayed more than once. A vehicle would not start, you have just about given up when you decide to call on Jesus. You pray and pray asking for God's help starting that old "bucket of bolts" when all of a sudden it comes to life, you goose that throttle a few times and the car shakes ... who are you going to praise, General Motors, Henry Ford, or a Shepherd who now works on cars? PRAISE GOD, PRAISE GOD, PRAISE GOD. I had a few people on this line who have been with me when I laid hands on a bus and it sprang to life. It was not my hands, it was our Lord God. WELL, GLORY!
Years ago a group of us gathered and prayed at Hope United Methodist Church as the new building was getting started. A man came in, put dynamite down a drilled hole and BOOM, the earth shook and stones flew apart. Praise God. Oh, you are saying man did it. Well, who made the man and who gave the man knowledge to make dynamite, and who gave him brains to use it? Thank you, you are catching on. PRAISE GOD. And the people prayed and the place was shaking. Praise God.
Acts 6:6 - They presented these men to the apostles, who prayed and laid their hands on them. (NIV)
Praying and laying on of hands, I just pulled this scripture and here people full of the spirit were prayed for, before going out to preach. Laying on of hands can be found in Genesis 48:13/20 to confer blessings. To transfer guilt look at Leviticus 1:4 and look at this for healing.
Acts 28:8 - His father was sick in bed, suffering from fever and dysentery. Paul went in and after prayer placed his hands on him and healing him. (NIV)
Yes. The Apostle Paul laid hands on a man and prayed for him and he was healed. But let's not stop here, let's look at the one who sets examples for us.
Mark 1:41 - Filled with compassion, Jesus reached out His hand and touched the man. "I am willing," He said, "Be clean!" 42 Immediately the leprosy left him and he was cured. (NIV)
But you are saying that was then and this is now. Oh, but look here, Jesus is the same.
Hebrews 13:8 - Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. (NIV)
So brothers and sisters, go and pray until the place shakes, and lay hands on someone who is not feeling well and pray for healing. Lay hands on a person going on a mission trip and pray for them. Pray and pray and sing praises until the building shakes until the earth shakes. Pray and pray and pray. How about it, do you have that kind of Faith?
Dear Father in Heaven. I have faith that You answer prayers and when I pray I always want Your will to be done. Lord, please give us the kind of faith we need that when we pray things shake. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Amen.
Now go forth and share your blessings. Love ya. Please share a prayer with someone and pray until something shakes.
